Tax

All of the estimates do not include the tourist tax, which amounts to € 1.50 per day per person older than 14 years, applied up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
The payment of the tax must be paid in cash.

Deposit

At the time of booking is required to send a deposit and the balance will be paid at the hotel during the stay.

The deposit will be returned to the rooms that will be cancellations a month before arrival, from a month to 10 days of arrival will be reclaimed for another stay within the current season. For cancellations from 1 to 10 days of arrival will be retained as compensation.

At what time do you eat?

Breakfast is served from 07.30 to 09.45
For meals, the room will be open from 12.30 until 14.00 for lunch and from 19.30 to 21.00 for dinner.

There is the possibility of making meals for the children?

Vegetable broth and vegetable are fresh everyday, the noodles for the soups are always available.
If there are special requirements on sizes of pasta, flours, cereals, and baby food, at your arrival, you can deliver everything you need for feeding your little ones, explaining how it should be prepared and we will do the rest.
With regard to the timetable of meals for children you communicate to us your needs and we will accommodate you. Also in the buffet every day for lunch and dinner, is a reserved area for children with proposals and dishes ideal for the tastes and the palates of young children.

Do you have areas for children to play?

In the hotel we have an equipped play area plus a beautiful garden where children can play safely and close to mom and dad.

At what time can we Check in and check out?

The rooms will be delivered before 13.00 on the day of arrival and will be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
In the Hotel you can arrive any time of the day, if the room will still not be available (ready within 13 hours) we will welcome you with good coffee, keep your suitcases, and the one who will be able to wear the costume and start directly the holiday.
On the way back from the beach we will give you the room and escorted to the table.

Are pets allowed?

Your great friend from us is well come, we only ask to inform at time of booking, there are no surcharges. The only rule to adhere to, may not enter the dining room and in the pool, and must turn to a leash in public areas.
Remember the documents and medical records, in case there should be required off from the hotel.

The pool is always open?

The access to the swimming pool at the hotel is free, there is required the use of the cap for the hair, but only a shower before diving in, especially on the way back from the beach.
It is not allowed entry to the animals. There are opening and closing times (9 - 19.30) and for reasons of safety and cleanliness must be respected. Will not be allowed to remain on the beds, chairs and armchairs after this time. As each pool is not allowed to reserve the sunbed by leaving your towel on the beach.

Marebello and the Beach Village of Riccione like them can I reach?

The entrance to the Marebello, which is 50 meters from your beach umbrella is free of charge for those who choose the formula of the All incluisve, and you can slip indefinitely many times as you want from Monday to Friday.
The entrance to the Beach Village of Riccione is free of charge throughout your stay for those who choose the formula of All inclusive and you have at your disposal a free shuttle service (at fixed times) to reach the park which is about 3 km from the Hotel

How and when can I use the Wellness Area?

The relaxation area Eldorado of the Jumbo Hotel is not included neither in the All inclusive formula, nor in the formula Basic.
The access and the use is permitted by reservation and is guaranteed for use in exclusive.
We have decided to regulate this small Oasis of well-being according to a single principle: the maximum privacy. You can choose various types of spa treatments according to your needs and desires.

Can I connect to the internet?

The free wi-fi is available throughout the Hotel.

There are towels? Do I need to Bring the beach Towel and the bathrobe?

The towels in the room are changed every day.
The beach towel we will supply behind the release of a deposit of 15 euro.
Any change or wash out of the towel during the stay has a cost of 3 euros, in the formula of the All Inclusive the first wash is included.

With whom lido you are affiliated?

We are affiliated with the Marebello Beach just a few meters from our hotel.

Parking

The parking is included in the price in the formula All Inclusive and payment in the formula Basic. We have parking lots that allow us to provide all the parking. It is reachable with a bus shuttle every hour of the day and night, is fenced, with video surveillance and guarded as well as insured.

Can I come and go from the Hotel whenever I want?

The Hotel is open 24 hours on 24 with night watchman.

How to reach the Hotel.

Rimini railway station: bus n° 11 stop 25. The bus stop is on the seafront, is located next to the hotel Jumbo. To reach the Gambrinus is sufficient to cover the via Nerves. By car: motorway Exit Rimini sud, keep to the right follow the road straight following signs for the hospital, pass the hospital, at the next roundabout take the 3rd exit, walk along via Firenze until you get to the end, at the stop sign, turn right, and continue for approximately 500 meters, at the height of via NERVES, turn right at the intersection with viale Mantova you will find the hotel. You can stop next to the hotel, unload the luggage and bring the car into our parking lot.

How can I Pay?

At the time of booking will request a deposit by bank transfer, postal order or credit Card. The balance will be done directly at the Hotel in the days prior to departure.
