Yes, a 20% deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
What are the cancellation policies?
Cancellation is completely free of charge within 7 days prior to arrival. If the reservation was accompanied by a deposit, this will be REFUNDED by issuing a voucher that can be used for stays within the current year.
How much time do I have to pay the deposit after confirming the quote?
You have 10 days to pay the deposit and confirm your reservation.
What times can you check in and check out?
Check-in time is by 1pm, check-out time by 10am.
